Delegate Levi's Gang Bill Becomes Law
Governor Martin O'Malley signed the Maryland Gang Prosecution Act into law on May 4th. The bill was supported by prosecutors and law enforcement across the state and more than 20 community groups from Prince George's County and Baltimore City.
